What We Do

Resource Kit for Older Adults

Our Resource Kit gives you everything you need to stay active and confident.

It includes printed exercise programs and stretches, cheatsheets for safe exercise at home, in classes or the gym, helpful question sheets to take to your GP and Physio and more!

You’ll receive:
✔ A printed Resource Kit posted to you.
✔ A login to download and print new resources.
✔ A wellbeing call to check in, offer support, and connect you to exercise groups and activities in your community.

Attend an Exercise Workshop or Event

We run workshops and talks that include a mix of exercise guidance, low-impact movements, and practical take-home tools to help you stay active at home or in exercise classes. We share useful tips to improve your strength, and help you make the most of your physiotherapy and GP visits.

Community Talks

We work with community groups and organisations to give talks and run workshops about exercise as we age. We focus on practical take-home tips and learnings that they can use straight away.
