Megan Dyson, local nutritionist and author of the book 5 For Life: Healthy ways for healthy weight will explore the five elements of healthy eating; why the type of food we eat is only part of the bigger picture; and how ‘dieting’ can be bad for your health!
Megan will be joined with Amanda Bakker, Fitness Specialist from My Active Pathways and Mighty Mums, to discuss how to keep fit and regain / retain strength in our forever changing bodies. Together they will answer all of your questions to stay fit and healthy.
